Sorry I have not spotlighted any soaps this week. I had to go to the eye doctor this morning. After having lights shown in my eyes, drops, and all kinds of stuff, I have been told my cataracts are “ripe”. Since he said they would schedule the surgery, I guess “ripe” means they have grown big enough, or whatever cataracts do, to have them removed.
I am at heart, a procrastinator, so when he said I would be added to the waiting list for surgery in Feb., that suited me fine.
Did I mention that my husband was in the next cubicle? We have decided we have been married too long,- we are now twins! His cataracts are also “ripe” and the worst is his left eye. So is mine. He has dry eye – so do I.
Oh Well, we don’t look alike, thank goodness!
